Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes. You enter your card when you sign up, but you won't be charged during the 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, your plan auto-renews at $29.99/mo (Starter). Cancel anytime before day 7 and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, always. Cancel from your billing settings in one click. You won't be charged again and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't, your account becomes read-only — all your data stays exactly where it is and you can still view it, but you won't be able to make changes until you start a subscription.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're hosted on Supabase (SOC 2 compliant infrastructure) and never sell your data.
